The feeling of exasperation

When you just want to give everything up,
throw yourself on your bed and cry everything up.
Staring at your phone with tears swelling,
waiting for that particular number to pop up.
You feel insecure, not knowing what to do.
You try to text or call but there is no response.
You are not sure if he/she didnt notice the phone or is purposely ignoring you.
And in your head there is only one thing.
You just want him/her to call back.
You stayed the whole night awake, not knowing what to do.
And thoughts in your head keeps swirling up.
You just wish they die down.
But the more you want it, the more it comes up.

Yes I have felt this feeling before.
The feeling of insecurity.
That you are afraid that the whole world is gonna fall apart.
That the only person that matters most to you right now is gone.

But do not forget, God is always with you.
Say a prayer, ask God to calm your anxiety and take away your worries.
It helps, not totally, but it feels more comfortable.
Dont worry too much, most of the time its just us being paranoid.
If he/she really matters to you, they will always be there.
Maybe they fell asleep, or did not notice their phone.
Just go to bed, and wait for their reply in the morning.
Dont think too much, dont worry.
When you wake up in the morning,
you will be greeted by a call or text saying,
"Im sorry i made you worry, everything's gonna be fine" =)

When your life hits a wall

When your life hits a wall and you dont know what to do.
Dont feel bad, thats what life is all about.
You can choose to stay at the wall the whole time and get depressed.
Or you can choose to climb over it.
Life is all about making your own choices.
Its not about taking the right or wrong steps.
Its about whether you take the first step or not

Feeling helpless in a relationship

Have you ever felt so helpless in a relationship?
Like you do not know what to do anymore?
This is a sign that you should take a break.
You see, there are many things that happens.
They can be classified to two categories,
Something you can change and something you cant.
Most of the time when you feel like this,
it is because of the things you want to change but cant.
For example, things that your partner did to hurt you,
or things that does not happen to go the way you want.
You cant change all these.
So why worry? Take a break.
Have a walk in the woods, somewhere peaceful and quiet.
I choose my bedroom though.
Its the most peaceful and quiet place i find.
Pray to god. Have a simple chat with him.
Ask for his help to loosen up everything.
And you will see, that the puzzle will start to piece up.
Things will get better when your mind starts to clear up.
Dont push a relationship too fast.
Its not stable.
Do things slow =)
Hi all, it has been a long time since i posted on this blog.
Firstly, there are not many emails and letters sent to me anymore.
So there has not been much to post up here.
I will try to search on the internet for more inspirations though.
For all readers out there, i do appreciate if you could send in the emails.
Especially for those who need somebody to listen to your problems.
